Refund policy
At eplfanshop.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 90-day refund policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To start the process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return authorization and the return address.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
For any damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us immediately—we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
